Great service, received a full tank of a fuel as there was a slight mix up with timings. Mini dealt with it really well and sorted things quickly. Delighted with my new car and all the updates on the new cooper S model.

Volvo would always pick my car up and deliver it back to me for servicing (for a £10 fee). I fractured my ankle so was unable to drive to bring my mini in. Despite the best efforts of the central hub receptionist Sytner Oldbury refused any help.

Whilst my car was in for recall. I was advised I needed a new tyre, That the cord was showing. I changed all my tyres (not at mini) and there was no cord showing on any tyre. Makes me feel that Sytner is not a trust worthy company to deal with.

Kept informed throughout. Although it would have been good if the rear headrest hadn't been left up. I didn't realise until I went to put the hood down - could have damaged the casing over the hydraulics. It nearly did! Never sent a service video.

Everything was fine. I was satisfied, but if there was one tiny thing, it was that there were bits of rubbish - masking tape - on the floor after the clean. It didn't affect the service satisfaction though.

I had an warning light on my dashboard about my tyre pressure, it was never picked up and when I contacted Mini they did not seem apologetic and just said bring it back, which is a huge inconvenience.
